Weemodern is happy to replace a gift with another selection or refund the credit card used for its purchase. Personalized gifts may not be returned unless they are received damaged. All merchandise to be returned must be in new and sellable condition received within 20 days of postmarked date of purchase. All original tags must be attached to item and all original packaging included (hanger, plastic garment bag, etc.).

Which credit card will be credited? We can only credit the credit card that was used by the original purchaser for any returns or for any differences in the purchase price or exchange. We do not give refunds in cash or check, and do not credit a different card. If you have received a gift, you may return item for exchange or store credit.

Just repack the gift in its original packing, if possible, with the packing slip.

For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g. , Fed Ex, UPS, UPSP Parcel Post). Please retain your receipt. Weemodern is not responsible for the items damaged or lost in transit.
